USB Panda vaccine is a free utility from Panda Security Research, which helps prevent malware infections, because the autorun feature of Windows operating systems. Once executed, the user can choose between two types of vaccines: Computer USB Drive vaccination or vaccination.

USB allows users of vaccines to vaccinate their computers in order to disable the autorun so that any program of any USB / CD / DVD (regardless of whether they have been previously vaccinated or not) can self-execute. This is a very useful feature since there is no easy to use and easy to completely disable autorun on a Windows PC.

USB Panda vaccine can be used in different USB drives to clear your autorun.inf file in order to prevent the spread of malware infections automatically. When applied on a USB drive, the vaccine blocks an Autorun.inf file permanently safe, preventing from being read, create, delete or modify. Once applied effectivelly Windows automatically disables the execution of any malicious file can be stored on the USB disk in particular. Otherwise the unit can be used normally and files (including malware) copied to / from it, but will be prevented from opening automatically.
