1. Our philosophy.  In our opinion Great Plains is not only currently supported versions of Microsoft Dynamics GP 11.0, 10.0 and 9.0.  Large strata of customers are on so-called legacy versions: Dynamics GP 8.0, 7.5, Microsoft Great Plains 7.0, Great Plains Dynamics and eEnterprise 6.0 and 5.5, Dynamics C/S+ 5.0, 4.0 and even Great Plains Accounting for DOS, Windows and Mac 9.5, 9.2, 9.1 and earlier.  We support all the versions of Great Plains and we plan to do it in the future, regardless of the number of orphan legacy Great Plains customers are out there on the market

2. Is Dynamics GP the right fit for your organization?  Microsoft Dynamics GP is open and matured Corporate ERP platform, which has numerous Add-ons, developed and supported by Dynamics GP ISV partners.  If your business processes are absolutely or relatively unique, Dynamics GP has various programming and customization tools: Great Plains Dexterity, eConnect (this one is especially recommended for ecommerce web project integration), Extender, Modifier with VBA, Integration Manager, MS SQL Server Reporting Services predefined reports, it is open for such industrial reporting tools, as Crystal Reports, FRx Reporter.  Mentioning the diversity of Dynamics GP modules and satellites, you should expect professional Sales cycle to map your business processes to Great Plains standard and extended functionality

3. Dynamics GP for International business.  Los Angeles is the Ocean gate to the United States, where numerous multinational corporations have their headquarters.  Port of Los Angeles receives cargos from Central and South America, and of course from South East Asia.  Dynamics GP is localized form most of the Spanish speaking Caribbean, Central and South American countries.  If you plan to consolidate your Chinese manufacturing facility with your Headquarters Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, we recommend you to consider exporting Chinese subsidiary trial balance into Excel worksheet and consolidate this worksheet in FRx.  For those of you, who are seeking for new corporate ERP solution in China, we recommend you either Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta), or SAP Business One (for smaller operations, please note that Microsoft Dynamics GP is not localized for such countries as China, Japan, Brazil, Russia)

4. Special Attention to Dynamics GP or Great Plains Dynamics small customers in Southern California.  As we already mentioned above – we support all the versions of Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Great Plains, Great Plains Dynamics and eEnteprise, Dynamics C/S+ and Great Plains Accounting.  If you made historical decision to stick to legacy Great Plains version, we are with you and we respect your decision.  Our Dynamics GP and Great Plains consultants will try to do the best to help you staying on your current GP Corporate ERP version

6. SAP Business One Licenses Sale, Implementation and Support in Southern California.  As we already mentioned above SB1 is very advanced in international business environment, where you can easily switch user interface language from English to Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, German, Italian.  We see scenarios, when US based midsize multinational corporation switches from legacy Corporate ERP to newer SAP Business One in USA and for all or most of its international subsidiaries

Microsoft CRM for LA based businesses.  Microsoft Dynamics CRM (also known as MS CRM) is internationalized and you can deploy it Worldwide, due to the fact that CRM is not an Accounting application (in the legislation compliance sense of the term) .  Microsoft CRM has customer Sales Quote, Order and Invoice exportable to your accounting application (where you are supposed to meet or resolve local reporting or tax compliance issues).  Microsoft CRM is also open to flexible modifications and customizations, especially considering its MS CRM SDK openness
